Chelsea Davis is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (Therapist) who is passionate about helping people face difficult times and start their healing journey. She enjoys using storytelling, cognitive, and artistic approaches in her practice working with both children (ages 6-10) and adults in individual therapy.
Chelsea helps individuals pull from their own strengths to identify paths of healing and to live more fulfilled lives. Chelsea encourages positive thinking and challenges unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors so that individuals can develop healthy habits to improve and maintain their emotional well-being. Chelsea has a gift for connection and helps you feel safe and welcome in each session by meeting you right where you are.
Chelsea has been practicing as a mental health therapist for seven years and loves this work! She has been trained in multiple therapeutic models and brings her Christian faith into her work. She believes that it is important to be congruent in mind, body, and spirit, and that by understanding our barriers we can experience more joy and peace. Therapy introduces the tools and provides a safe space for individuals to express, understand, and overcome tough moments in order to walk with purpose.
