Ben loves to come alongside people. In their pain, their joy, their challenges, their victories, their struggles—with empathy and compassion he desires to help people move towards healing, freedom, and growth. Everyone is on a journey, and for Ben it is a privilege to get to walk part of the way with them.
Having studied Exercise Science in his undergrad, worked in ministry, and now pursuing a psychology degree, Ben believes strongly in wholistic (body, mind, spirit) health. Growing up overseas has given him cross-cultural skills and sensitivity, as well as building his ability to empathize with people from many walks of life. In therapy with individuals, couples, families, or adolescents, Ben seeks to cultivate a safe and warm space where people can process freely and be encouraged towards hope and wholeness.
