Rachel is passionate about walking alongside others to help them on their path to healing. She believes in creating a warm and empathetic environment for clients to help them feel cared for and seen. Rachel enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, adults and couples regarding various issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum and parenting struggles, relationship distress, grief and loss, life transitions, ministry and spiritual issues. Rachel loves utilizing attachment styles and life stories to help facilitate insight and growth in the healing journey of her clients.
