Kenia hopes to help individuals, couples, and families alike, navigate their worlds and find their unique path towards more enriching relationships with themselves and others.
As a therapist, Kenia works from a combined person-centered and emotion-focused lens to collaborate with her clients in finding the right treatment plan that is best tailored to their needs. Kenia utilizes a variety of evidence-based interventions and theories, and has experience working with clients who live with anxiety, complex trauma, depression, and other relational issues. She is a compassion-focused therapist who is passionate about meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them in their journey.
