Zach is a therapist in training with an academic background in theology who is passionate about helping others become the most holistic and healthy versions of themselves. He hopes to offer an opportunity for others to be radically honest with their past, hurt, struggles, or successes at whatever pace they feel comfortable, and encourage them towards growth in relational, individual, spiritual and/or sexual health. He wants to get to know each person he works with as much as they would allow him to and to work shoulder-to-shoulder with them as they navigate the ups-and-downs of life.

Zach works with people struggling through anxiety, sexual addiction/disorders/dysfunctions (including issues relating to pornography), trauma, spiritual issues, and relational dynamics. He is especially interested in working with premarital couples. He is Prepare and Enrich certified (a tool for premarital counseling), Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 certified, and trained in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
