Sarah is passionate about working with individuals and couples to cultivate healthier relationships and restore broken relationships. She strives to do this by providing a safe and trustworthy space to explore the origins of each client’s pain gently but firmly and with a posture of humility, compassion, and perseverance.

Sarah is certified in Prepare & Enrich and has a heart for working with both premarital and married couples to foster a refined understanding and awareness in their relationship. Sarah is also certified in Restoration Therapy (Level 2) and loves to empower individual and couple clients to live from a deeper sense of awareness, fulfillment, and peace. Sarah has specific areas of interest in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational struggles, grief/loss, identity issues, and family conflict. Lastly, Sarah has a heart for the Asian American population, specifically in the church context. She hopes to guide clients towards a deeper mental health awareness within their cultural and religious contexts.
