Kelly has a heart to walk alongside her clients to support them during the many trials that come throughout various seasons of life. With the belief that we are created to be in relationship with one another, Kelly understands how challenging it is to be your true authentic self with those you are in relationship with. Kelly provides a warm and inviting environment where clients can feel safe to collaborate on relational issues that occur in our daily walk.
Kelly enjoys meeting with individuals in all stages of life in hopes to help them learn how to better manage their emotions. She has a background in working with clients who have struggled with depression/suicidal ideation, trauma/abuse, anxiety, eating disorders, relational issues, life transitions, and spiritual struggles. Kelly is an attachment focused therapist who strives to assist clients toward healing from early and present life experiences.
