How does the shepherd keep his/her heart refreshed while tending to the needs of their own flock?
Our forums seek to help pastors and those serving in ministry to finish well. Well-known speakers tackle issues of the heart, providing road maps for both successful ministry and healthy living. Forum attendance is free, as is the book we give you at the conclusion of each gathering.
The COVID-19 outbreak is causing all of us to live and function differently, an experience that is true at the Center for Individual and Family Counseling (CIFT), too. Like the CIFT team, pastors have been pressed into new areas of creative communication and flexibility, characteristics critically necessary in these unprecedented times.
We recognize that you are on the front lines, caring for those whose lives are in upheaval as a result of the loss of community, employment furlough or termination, and the general uncertainty that we all face.
CIFT was created for the very purpose of assisting the Church, and this is an important time for our organization to provide help to church leaders like you. With that in mind, we have created a series of short videos (more will be added) covering a variety of mental health topics to guide you as you assist those who come to you.
