Zach partners with individuals, couples and families to uncover the root causes of their challenges and work towards meaningful resolutions. With an understanding of the importance of our past experiences, and a dedication to evidence-based practices, Zach helps clients become the most holistic and healthy versions of themselves. He provides a safe and approachable environment, encouraging clients to be open and honest about their pasts, struggles, and successes at their own pace.
Zach has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual issues, grief, adjustments, spirituality, relational problems, couples experiencing conflict, premarital couples, and families. Additionally, he has previous experience working with adolescents and young adults.
Zach's approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a practical mindset. He balances understanding and support with structured guidance, helping clients feel both heard and empowered.
