About Kelly

Kelly is a Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges. She believes we are created for connection but understands how hard it can be to show up authentically in relationships. Kelly offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotional struggles, relational patterns, and personal growth.

She works with individuals across all life stages, with experience in anxiety, identity work, life transitions, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and spiritual concerns. Kelly has a special heart for supporting mothers who feel disconnected from themselves, as well as anyone seeking to reconnect with their true identity. She also provides play therapy for young children to help them process emotional burdens and trauma through safe, expressive work.

Her approach is grounded in attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients heal from past and present experiences and move toward healing, emotional resilience, deeper self-connection, and the ability to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others.
