Kaitlyn is passionate about walking alongside people in the unique seasons of their lives with warmth, curiosity, and care. She strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported—a space where it’s safe to explore emotions, share struggles, and grow at their own pace. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, honoring each individual’s story with respect and acceptance.
Kaitlyn especially enjoys working with teens and young adults as they navigate the challenges of identity, relationships, and life transitions. She also works with people of all ages from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her areas of focus include family conflict, identity exploration, spirituality, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is certified in Prepare & Enrich to help support couples in building stronger, healthier relationships.
Above all, Kaitlyn hopes clients leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and encouraged in their journey toward healing and wholeness.
