About Jenna

Jenna understands that life can sometimes feel like a lost melody, leaving individuals struggling to find where they belong. Her passion is to ensure that each person feels truly seen and heard. For Jenna, therapy is an invitation to dive deep together—uncovering and restoring goodness, beauty, and love.

As a therapist Jenna primarily focuses on working with young adults, ministry leaders, creatives, musicians, children, and pre-marital couples. With a background as a worship leader, former elementary music teacher, and global missionary in Africa and India, Jenna brings a wide range of lived experience into her work.

Jenna brings an empathetic presence to each session—sometimes with a little touch of humor woven in. She meets clients right where they are, helping them move through what feels stuck. Highly relational by nature, Jenna brings warmth into the therapeutic space and is genuinely curious about you and your story.

Jenna is trained in EMDR a researched backed modality used to treat various issues. Her approach to therapy incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential therapy. She focuses on healing symptoms of trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. She also enjoys working with those navigating life changes, decision making, and spirituality/faith. Additionally, she is certified in Prepare and Enrich, a research-based tool for premarital and marital therapy that helps couples build strong, meaningful relationships through every season of life.
