Jenna understands that life can sometimes feel like a lost melody, leaving individuals struggling to find where they belong. Her passion is to ensure that each client feels truly seen and heard. For Jenna, therapy is an invitation to dive deep together, uncovering and restoring goodness, beauty, and love. Working with individual adults, children, families, and couples, Jenna brings a unique approach to each session, meeting clients where they are and helping them feel less stuck and more empowered on their journey to healing.
With her background as a worship leader, former elementary music teacher, and global missionary in Africa and India, Jenna particularly enjoys working with ministry leaders, creatives, musicians, and children. She is EMDR trained and focuses on healing symptoms of PTSD, complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. In her sessions, Jenna provides psychoeducation around trauma and attachment, collaborating with clients on goals aimed at bringing greater peace and connection into their lives. Additionally, she is certified in Prepare and Enrich, a comprehensive assessment tool used in both premarital and marriage therapy, equipping couples for their journey together through all stages of life.
