Donna strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment where clients can address their unique challenges. She aims to help her clients feel understood and heard. Donna is committed to providing compassion and support to her clients, while helping them learn and progress towards healing and wellness. She enjoys working alongside her clients to create and build healthier relationships, improve communication and intimacy, and help repair broken ones.
Donna earned her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. She volunteered at Orange County Ronald McDonald House, where she provided comfort and support to the patients and their families. Donna has experienced working with many individuals that suffer with chronic pain. Her research interests include working at CSUF Fibromyalgia Research & Educational Center with participants ages 50+. Additionally, she is trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Level 2.
In these settings, she has gained experience with anxiety/depression, postpartum anxiety/depression, chronic illness/pain, couple’s issues, grief/loss, relationship struggles, stress management, and transitioning into parenthood.
