About Amanda
Amanda understands that life can be difficult and desires to come alongside those suffering. She uses a trauma informed perspective to address root issues creating patterns that impair a person’s ability to move through life. She desires to collaborate with clients to help them find a way forward and become free from obstacles that inhibit them from growing and thriving.
For over 20 years, Amanda has helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, and sexual issues, among many others. She works with individuals and couples. Amanda has a heart to see people improve all aspects of their relationships, offering premarital, couples, and sex therapy. She is certified through Prepare-Enrich to provide premarital counseling, and has extensive experience helping couples with affair recovery. Amanda values continued growth and education as a professional, and is working towards additional certification in sex therapy through ABCST (American Board of Christian Sex Therapists).
In addition to helping clients, Amanda is a clinical supervisor and enjoys mentoring and training the next generation of therapists. When she is not working, you can find her active outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
