Sommer sees clients in our Santa Ana office.
Sommer is passionate about holistic healing that integrates the body, mind, heart and soul. She loves partnering with people to explore their stories and understand why they do and feel what they do. Sommer offers a non-judgmental, compassionate presence to walk with people through the unwanted, challenging parts of their lives.
Sommer works with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families from all cultural backgrounds. Her approach is client-centered and collaborative. She has a heart for working with a broad range of issues including PTSD and Complex PTSD, trauma, chronic illness, grief, issues of spirituality, relational issues, attachment issues, couples therapy, parenting issues and family therapy. Sommer has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
