Kelly strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are - especially if therapy feels new, uncertain, or a little intimidating at first. She believes therapy works best when people feel truly seen and heard, specifically during times when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Kelly values a collaborative and compassionate approach. She aims to meet clients with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Her hope is to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they explore their experiences and move toward greater clarity and healing.
Kelly works with individuals, couples, and families with diverse backgrounds who are experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress related to life transitions. She is especially drawn to supporting individuals during seasons of change - such as pregnancy, postpartum, emerging adulthood, or moments when roles, identity, and expectations are shifting.
