Mayra considers it a profound honor to walk alongside clients as they share their stories and explore life’s challenges in a safe, compassionate space. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and respect, ensuring every client feels truly seen, heard, and valued as they navigate pain, confront challenges, and uncover paths to healing, hope, and wholeness.
With a deep understanding of grief, pain, and life transitions, Mayra provides tailored, evidence-based support to children, individuals, and couples from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and abilities. She addresses a wide range of experiences, including abuse, aging, anxiety, attachment wounds, depression, divorce, elder care, relational complexities, spiritual concerns, and trauma. Mayra is particularly passionate about integrating faith with therapeutic practices when requested by clients.
Trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and certified in Prepare and Enrich, Mayra brings specialized expertise to strengthen relationships and support clients through life’s transitions. Her collaborative, holistic approach ensures interventions are personalized to meet each client’s unique needs. Mayra warmly invites you to connect and begin your journey toward healing and restoration.
