For more than 35 years, CIFT has had the privilege of serving churches throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. We believe pastors and ministry leaders don’t need more expectations. They need trusted, caring support..
We want you to know that you are not alone, that you are deeply valued, and that we are here to serve you and your church in whatever season you find yourself.
Personal and Relational Support
You don’t have to lead alone. Our Church Relations Coordinator offers personal care through one-on-one connection in your office, over coffee, or by phone.
His goal is to listen well, understand your context, and learn how we can support you

Pastors and ministry leaders often place their own care at the bottom of the list. We believe your well-being matters. CIFT provides reduced-fee, confidential counseling for you individually, your marriage, or your family.
CIFT offers reduced-fee counseling specifically for pastors, as well as counseling support for marriages and families. This is a safe and confidential space where you can receive care, guidance, and support without pressure or expectation.

Community with Other Ministry Leaders
Leadership can be deeply isolating, even when you are surrounded by people. Our free Ministry Care Groups are designed exclusively for pastors and ministry leaders who long for a place to be honest, understood, and supported by others who truly understand the demands of ministry.
These groups exist not to fix you or train you, but to care for you. They offer encouragement, shared wisdom, and strength for the journey through authentic community.

Ministry Care Groups provide a confidential, Christ-centered space where pastors and ministry leaders can slow down, speak honestly, and be cared for together. These free monthly groups exist to care for you. They offer encouragement, shared wisdom, and strength for the journey through authentic community.

CIFT Ministry Care Groups exist to offer a safe and supportive space for pastors and ministry leaders to:
Commune with God
Process the joys and challenges of ministry
Connect with others who understand the unique demands of leadership
We recognize the expectations placed on those in ministry and desire to support you personally and spiritually, helping you grow more fully into the image of Christ and bear greater fruit in your life, relationships, and ministry.

Each group is guided by a trained CIFT therapist who helps create a hospitable space for your soul, one that reflects Jesus’ invitation to live and lead in His easy yoke.
Group gatherings typically include:
Thoughtful reflection and brief therapeutic insights
Personal sharing in a confidential and supportive environment
Scripture meditation to help God’s Word speak into your life and ministry
Prayer and guided reflection to slow down, notice God’s presence, and listen for His voice
You do not need to have the right words or a specific problem to attend. A willingness to show up as you are is enough.
