Dianna is a former elementary school teacher who saw the direct impact of mental health challenges in students, individuals and families. She has experience in working with families in all walks of life over the span of 20+ years. Dianna understands unique experiences require unique attention and care. She strives to hold space for processing those experiences. She uses a collaborative approach and is attuned to client’s needs. She aims to walk in the course of discovery and recovery alongside clients to support them through all of life’s seasons.
Dianna has a heart and passion to work with individuals, couples and families of all ages, intergenerational dynamics, self-identity work, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and life transitions. Her own lived experiences as a child of immigrants, a married woman with adolescent children, a working mother and a person of faith who is committed to her own inner work informs the way she supports her clients.
