Emily's passion for her work in marriage and family therapy stems from her interest in individuals and their narratives. Motivated by a belief in the possibility of restoration, she is dedicated to accompanying individuals on their journey toward healing. Emily offers support to individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating a spectrum of challenges, including attachment wounds, relational complexities, and experiences of trauma. Particularly drawn to spiritual growth and the harmonious integration of faith and therapeutic practices, Emily brings a holistic approach to her counseling.
Emily holds credentials as a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, she is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1. These qualifications underscore her commitment to providing evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and couple she serves.
