Brooke enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families to restore their relationships to wholeness; this includes the relationship with yourself, friends, family, partner, career, world, etc. She is intentional in cultivating a hospitable therapeutic relationship with her clients - one where a client's burdens and shame are invited to the table so they can be tenderly known and cared for. Therapy with Brooke is marked by compassionate understanding and strategic exploration of thoughts and feelings (and maybe even a little laughter from time to time). She works with you to cultivate hope, find healing, and practice skills that can transform your "stuck-ness" into the fullness of life intended for you.
With experience as a worship leader, pastoral staff member, and short-term missionary worker, Brooke is particularly attuned to issues related to being a "creative" and/or in the entertainment industry. Brooke often utilizes Internal Family Systems, Experiential Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, but collaborates with her clients to see what approach fits best. Brooke is certified in Prepare & Enrich and is ready to help couples in all stages of their relationship.
