Susan desires to help her clients experience healing and freedom in their lives. She believes every person has the ability to achieve their goals, and she wants to help her clients achieve theirs. Susan has the unique ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. She works with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families.
Helping clients who have experienced trauma is an area of specialty for Susan. She is trained in EMDR, which is an evidence-based therapy for people who have trauma and relationship injuries. She finds EMDR to be very effective with many of her clients. Working with couples is something Susan is also passionate about. She is certified in Prepare and Enrich; a system that helps premarital and married couples in their relationships.
As a former elementary school teacher, Susan enjoys working with children. In addition, she leads women and children in ministry settings, and has for the past 19 years. Her passion for helping her clients achieve positive change and a sense of wholeness in their lives is what drew her to this profession. Susan walks alongside her clients and helps unburden their past and move into a bright future.
