Meghan believes deeply that our life experiences are unique, valuable, and shape who we are. With this conviction in mind, Meghan views the therapeutic process as a chance to work alongside her clients to provide insight, clarity, and tools for growth. She is passionate about helping others move toward healing and wholeness and is grateful for the chance to do so in her work.
Meghan has counseled a wide variety of clients to work through parenting struggles, phase of life hardships, early attachment and family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, premarital and marital issues, grief, spirituality, and pastoral/ministry needs. She is certified in Prepare and Enrich, a premarital and marital assessment tool; Active Parenting Now, a comprehensive parenting curriculum for parents of all ages; and has training in EFT, an effective approach to working with couples. Meghan also enjoys speaking to local church groups about a variety of topics including marital encouragement and growth, child and parent development and creative ways to connect to children.
