Meghan believes everyone deserves a space where they feel both seen and heard. Navigating relationships with others and with ourselves can be a complicated journey, and Meghan wants to offer her clients support and encouragement. She sees strength in vulnerability and hopes to empower her clients to feel a greater degree of self-acceptance.

Meghan’s background includes working with teenagers in a church context, as well as with young children as a caretaker. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families form and maintain healthy relationships. Meghan desires to help clients who are facing issues such as anxiety/depression, family conflict, grief/loss, identity issues, and relationship struggles. Above all, she hopes her clients will leave therapy with the knowledge that he or she is not alone.
