Kelly has a heart for helping people find balance of mental, physical and spiritual wellness to fulfill God’s plan for their lives. She understands that for some clients coming to therapy might be overwhelming and even intimidating at times – her goal is to offer a welcoming and nurturing environment to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. Kelly is passionate about serving others; she is a wife and a mom, actively involved in leadership at her local church, alongside her husband.
Kelly is certified in Prepare/Enrich, a comprehensive tool used in both pre-marital and couples therapy. Kelly is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for serving the Latino community. She is also a Certified Domestic Violence counselor. Kelly facilitates a supportive process of growth for those experiencing life transitions, anxiety, attachment issues, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, acculturation, personal growth and spirituality. She especially enjoys working with women, young adults, couples and families, from different backgrounds. She integrates the therapeutic approach that best fits her clients’ needs.
