Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Esther has experience working with individuals, groups, and families in Asian American and urban multicultural settings. From these contexts, she developed a passion for creating a safe environment to help individuals reclaim their voice, find healing, identify truths about themselves, and to cultivate strong, healthy relationships. Her areas of interest include working with individuals who struggle with life transitions, identity, shame, anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, and relational struggles, as well as conflicts in couples and families.
Esther is certified in Prepare and Enrich and is passionate about helping couples in their journey of understanding one another and strengthening their relationship. Esther is also certified in Restoration Therapy where she helps clients identify safety and identity patterns, while empowering client emotional regulation and mindfulness for behavioral change.
