Elizabeth Au, MA
Pre-Doctoral Practicum Trainee
Elizabeth believes that life experiences are unique, important, and influential in shaping who we are and how we develop. She is passionate about creating a space for individuals, couples, or families to come as they are and feel safe, seen, heard, and known. Elizabeth desires to provide a warm, relational environment through which her clients may gain insight, understanding and tools for growth. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her clients as they move through life challenges and transitions toward healing and wholeness.
Elizabeth has school-based clinical experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, developmental challenges, and family issues. In addition to her work with children and adolescents, she is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families form and maintain healthy relationships.
Elizabeth utilizes a collaborative approach to meet the specific needs of her clients, and hopes that her clients leave therapy knowing that they are not alone.
