Richard has a heart for people in pain and carries with him the hope of healing and restoration. With compassionate care as his mission, Richard cultivates safe spaces for people to be themselves and experience clarity, peace and wellness in their personal lives and relationships.
Richard is especially passionate about working with those who are experiencing family and relational struggles, marital issues, depression, anxiety, spiritual issues, and life transitions. As pain comes in a variety of forms, Richard values the uniqueness of each client’s story and works with them to take steps toward their goals in a collaborative process characterized by empathy and understanding.

Dr. Larez believes in the power of relationships to heal, and genuinely embraces your unique story. He is passionate about helping you discover what is most important in your life, and together identifying the places where you feel stuck. Dr. Larez creates a compassionate connection filled with hope, humor, and heart, moving you towards being fully present in all areas of your life. For those dealing with more sensitive or traumatic experiences, Dr. Larez empowers you in the treatment process by creating an environment built on trust and safety to help heal deep wounds over time.
Dr. Larez provides therapy and psychological testing for individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds and ages. He treats a wide range of concerns including depression and anxiety, phase of life/adjustment problems, spiritual concerns, identity issues, family conflict, and relationship concerns. He has additional training in trauma and addiction recovery and specializes in treating individuals struggling with complications from childhood abuse and/or recent traumas, compulsive sexual behaviors, and substance-related disorders.

Veronica enjoys helping couples and individuals in all stages of life to gain empowerment, insight, and self-awareness to flourish in their lives. She believes that when individuals experience healing, insight, and restoration they will flourish even in the most difficult situation. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients with compassion and acceptance, providing a safe environment to heal and grow.
Veronica is a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English. Her experience working with a multiculturally diverse population, both in ministry and in the community, has given her a passion to work with individuals from different backgrounds. She is certified through Prepare-Enrich to provide premarital counseling.

Having worked with individuals, families, and children/adolescents for the past few years, Monica has had the privilege of holding space for a variety of developmental, interpersonal and relational difficulties. She has received an eclectic training that has provided her the confidence to work with diverse stories.
Monica desires to provide a space where clients are able to freely share and explore the complexities of their unique experiences, values, and hopes. She focuses on prioritizing client agency through collaboration. Monica works with a wide range of struggles, some of which include anxiety, depression, identify formation, spiritual development, relational conflicts, and has acquired ample experience supporting adolescents face the trials of developmental transitions.

Charissa is passionate to see individuals and couples experience holistic healing and gain tools for lasting change and influence. She desires to come alongside each client in their pain with a posture of empathy, authenticity, patience, and partnership.
Charissa’s areas of interest include working with individuals who are experiencing identity issues, cultural issues, life transitions, relational struggles, spiritual issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as families experiencing marital issues and family crises. As a former campus minister, Charissa is passionate about the intersections of mental health, faith, and social justice. She has walked alongside college students and young adults of diverse ethnic, cultural, and regional backgrounds. In these contexts, she has helped individuals discover their identities, cultivate healthy relationships, and be empowered in their contexts. Charissa also has a heart for pastors/ministry staff, families in ministry, and pastor’s kids.
