Kelsey has a heart for helping people feel heard and supported as they walk with the burdens and pain of life towards healing, hope, and restoration. She cares deeply about creating an atmosphere of compassion and connection where people can start to build understanding, insight, and hope as she walks alongside them in their journey.
 
As a therapist, Kelsey assists people with a range of issues including relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, and family conflict. She works with individual adults, couples, children, and adolescents, but particularly enjoys working with children and teens that are dealing with anxiety, loss family conflict, and identity issues.
 
Before she began her master’s program, Kelsey worked with women and children victims of domestic violence as a case manager with transitional age youth with severe mental illness.
