Arlene has a passion for working with individuals who may be experiencing or are wrestling with life struggles. She works to provide a warm and caring environment where the individual will feel heard and understood. Her desire is to assist the individual in reaching change, healing, and lasting relationships. Arlene is a Native Spanish speaker who welcomes those seeking therapy in Spanish.
 
She is interested in assisting people facing anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief/loss, issues regarding identity, relationship struggles, and spiritual issues. Prior to beginning training as a therapist, Arlene has guided youth in their spiritual development. She also has experience working with children who present with behavioral difficulties.
